Does any one in a SAC State have the Usage of the Recomended " National Standards" Intent to Hire Procedures. If so did you have to modify to meet your State Council Desires. If you were sucessful Let me Know what you did? Has your program been dropped by a state Agency ? and been left to  BAT if so when ? Does anyone function in a fee based enviroment with their State APPRENTICESHIP  COUNCIL?
